∎ Masters in any discipline from leading University with no third division in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all Credit Operational activities (including Limit Loading, Loan Account Opening, Disbursement, Charge realization of Loans and overall Limit Management etc.) timely and accurately with proper documentation in compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and Bank's Credit Policies, Operational procedures and Terms of Approvals
∎ Minimize operational /transactional risk through proper management of Transaction as per defined SOP
∎ Prepare Transaction Monitoring Reports
∎ Monitor Customer repayment behavior and ensure timely repayment of loans
∎ Ensure post disbursement loan services to Corporate, CMSME and Retail Clients (Partial Settlement, Early Settlement, Restructuring/ Rescheduling, Loan Takeover, Collateral Maintenance, Loan Closure etc.)
∎ Assist in Bangladesh Bank Reporting and regulatory compliance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 (Three) years' working experience in leading Commercial Bank/NBFI especially in credit function.
∎ Experience of working with renowned CBS (preferably FINACLE) will be an added advantage.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good Communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
