Responsibilities & Context
Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries from clients regarding garment accessories and trims.
Understand customer requirements accurately and coordinate with the Production, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure timely order execution.
Process customer orders, maintain sample records, and manage daily client communications.
Provide after-sales support, resolve customer complaints professionally, and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports for management review.
