Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare consistent, high quality food products and entrées.
∎ Coordinate with immediate supervisors, along with Executive Chef and kitchen team in preparation of continental entrées.
∎ Maintaining high standard recipes and presentation.
∎ Maintaining cost control policies.
∎ Maintaining Hygiene and HACCP guidelines
∎ Adhere to AEEA regulations and policies pertaining to health, food safety and hygiene.
∎ Supervise and assist Commis if needed.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as instructed by COO or CAO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ English speaking skills.
∎ Ready to work under pressure and stress.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification / Diploma in Food & Beverage Production.

Salary: Negotiable
