Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, guide existing sales team and develop Territory Sales Manager to drive for business growth.
∎ Monitor Sales team and Front-End Sales People. Solicit, Evaluate, and recommend new distributors as per consultation with the Sales Manager.
∎ Achieve Daily, Monthly & Yearly BP targets for Secondary & Primary Sales.
∎ Forecast, plan and organize Bakery products sales growth over the year.
∎ Implement all sales strategies or sales campaigns using suitable promotional tools and monitoring techniques.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
∎ Regular evaluation of sales performance and informing line manager on a periodic basis.
∎ Ensure the presence of Lavender Food & Bakery at exhibitions, fairs, and events.
∎ Appointing Distribution points as per the Company Policy.
∎ Negotiate with key accounts and finalize the agreement.
∎ Expand the business growth by identifying the potential market.
∎ Provide input to the development of sales plans and business development projects.
∎ Positive attitude, highly motivated, target oriented, and able to work in a rapidly growing challenging environment.
∎ Ensure product availability in terms of Numeric and weighted Distribution in the assigned territory.
∎ Execute Shops in terms of execution parameters (RED, HE, GREEN)
∎ Implementation of 100% compliance in every operation in Assigned territories.
∎ Champion in terms of Execution, SFA &Distribution, and other productivity parameters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants need to have experience in the Sales department of Food / Bakery Company.
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, E-mail etc.
∎ Experienced in business communication, instant matured decision maker.
∎ Should have good managing expertise and professional in handling tuff/crisis situation.
∎ Should have leadership aptitude, physically and mentally strong.
∎ Willing to extend working time if required, Capable to work under pressure etc.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
