Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To generate monthly reporting having portfolio and business analysis.
∎ To assist in business strategy planning & bring new ideas for systems effeciency or process improvements.
∎ To assess and analysis different risks at Customer Service Points (CIP) and recpommend solutions.
∎ To assist and work closely with the operational strategy team for setting effective business targets.
∎ To conduct business surveys and engagae in market analysis process for CIP, CSP expansion
∎ To ensure field visit on time for collecting feedback & keep follow-up on the filed operation activities.
∎ To prepare and provide reporting and ensure support to client hub on 24/7 mode.
∎ To collaborate with stakeholders, create detailed documentation, and contribute in project planning and implementation.
∎ To prepare and develop slides for presentations, writing circulars and meeting minutes.
∎ To engage in managing vendors, house rent agreements, office decorations and putting various applications for approval maintaining pogarmme branding.

∎ JOB PURPOSE
∎ Analysing data, identifying business requirements, and proposing efficient systems or process improvements to ensure the smooth running of the Project. To find out the barriers of ongoing program and help to improve portfolio quality of CSP Microfinance Program and provide necessary information to authority on time.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
