Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA and MBA major in Human Resource Management (HRM) is Mandatory
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Labour Law, HRIS/ HR Database Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to Monitor, Supervise & Control overall HR
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies, Preparing and updating HR policies and procedure of the organization
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Support organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; placing job ads; candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
∎ Have to formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management, etc.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, education allowance, Tiffin bill, Final settlement bill, etc
∎ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
∎ Ensure day to day operations of HR functions
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
