∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile or Chemistry
∎ Skills Required: Working under pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile, Wet Processing in Home Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Context:
∎ Four Osthof singeing and Desizing wider width (3.2m) machine).
∎ Three wider width (3.2m) continuous bleaching machine (Goller).
∎ Three Goller Mercerizing machine.
∎ Thirteen wider width stenter machine.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Managing and supervising the pretreatment department.
∎ 2. Planning and Scheduling of work.
∎ 3. Ready fabric for next process.
∎ 4. Select correct chemical, auxiliaries & quality parameters.
∎ 5. Decision making for quality matter.
∎ 6. Ensuring that machinary and equipement are in highest order of operation.
∎ 7. To Implement Company's quality policy.
∎ 8. Ensuring sizeable volume of buffer & feed stocks of chemical, agents activites.
∎ 9. Responsible to maintain quality of product.
∎ 10. working for cost reduction with remain quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capability to mainain product quality

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ One month notice period should be fulfilled by both side.
