Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking self-motivated career-orientated Process Engineer with good experience in Manufacturing, working in a Factory environment, working with state-of-the-art Plastic Manufacturing machines with strong analytical ability.
∎ 1 Job location will be in Banglamotor, Dhaka.
∎ 1 Job location will be in Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, managing, and executing production operations.
∎ Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow, and schedule.
∎ Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
∎ Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment breakdowns and malfunctioning.
∎ Develop or update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
∎ Carried out different types of data analysis to improve the OEE and reduce manufacturing cost.
∎ Carried out the TPM projects across the production processes.
∎ Ensure that all equipment, materials, and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
∎ Address employee concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
∎ Should be resulted & detailed oriented
∎ Good communication, organizing, and analytical skills
∎ Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing good memory.
∎ Sound knowledge of Computer

Salary:
