Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visa processing as per embassies standard.
∎ Arrange & prepare supporting documents for the visa application.
∎ Process work permit and employment visa for foreign employees.
∎ Arrange or extend stay permits in Bangladesh for foreign delegates and buyer.
∎ Arrange domestic & foreign tours.
∎ Air ticketing.
∎ Arrange hotel booking.
∎ Provide information about immigration.
∎ Build-up relation with foreign Embassy / Consulate office/ SB / NSI and related ministry.
∎ Keep up to date information about worldwide visa and immigration law.
∎ Planning for Travel agency.
∎ Supply Chain of Travels Agency (find new suppliers abroad and keeping relationships with existing suppliers and local tour operators.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 04 Years experienced and 03 times awarded on direct customer service in abroad will get preference.
∎ Vast knowledge about visa and immigration laws.
∎ Inbound & Outbound tourism.Skilled in Air ticketing business.
∎ Preparing Tour packages and arrange the same.
∎ Skilled to run any large travel agency.
∎ Skilled on Work Permit process in Bangladesh according to BIDA & BEPZA.
