∎ At least 3 years' working experience as a vocational trainer in the relevant field
∎ NTVQF (SMO) Level 2, CBTA (Trainer) Level 4 certification from Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) will be given preference
∎ Knowledge on relevant vocational trade, livelihood, coordination, monitoring, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding
∎ Knowledge on people management
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel)
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive
∎ Ability to operate in a multipurpose organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate center based skill training on relevant trades as per the training module
∎ Provide technical assistance and expertise in vocational training to accelerate the technical learning of the vocational training participants
∎ Coordinate with Deputy Manager (Center Management) for quality training of the learners
∎ Prepare procurement plan, keep tracking on the budget spending and ensure agro-inputs are reached to the project beneficiaries for quality implementation of the project
∎ Offer technical guidance and support to the Assistant Project Offer (Technical Trainer) in center based vocational training
∎ Facilitate donor visit, liaison with stakeholders and represent stakeholders’ coordination meeting for implementation of the project
∎ Contribute to increase quality of the skill training activities as per the project plan
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with the project support services such for ensuring smooth support of project activities
∎ Attend Meeting, provide necessary report and monitoring the field staff
∎ Prepare internal and external report as necessary and asked by the supervisor
∎ Support in arrangement of different seminar, workshop, training related to the services
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ Ensuring technical guidance and support to the Assistant Project Officer-Technical Trainer in center based vocational training on relevant skill trade. The position contribute to increase quality of the skill training activities according to plan & proposal. This position will work cooperatively with the Deputy manager (Center Management) in effective organization and facilitation of the vocational training
