∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Social Compliance and Sustainability.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct internal audit of the group & CAP preparation and follow-up the improvements.
∎ To prepare and update audit SOP for the audit procedure.
∎ To deal with fire, electrical structural, environmental, social, and security audits
∎ To deal with all types of 3rd party audits like HIGG vFEM & vFSLM, BSCI, SEDEX, WARP, GSV/CTPAT, Environment & Technical compliance and development/COC audit of clients
∎ To deal with brand audits- H&M, C&A, M&S, Esprit, Next, PVH, Tchibo & Benetton and 3rd party social and technical audits for all factories.
∎ To assess risk on safety aspects and adequate action to prevent any hazard.
∎ To follow up overall Accord/RSC safety activities and corresponding on RSC safety remediation from time to time.
∎ To communicate & corresponding time to time with buyers & 3rd parties on audit & legal compliance issues.
∎ To prepare factory and attend distinguish buyer's compliance audit like - Social/ Ethical and take care all kinds of audits & buyer's visit by leading the same.
∎ To discuss with the compliance team about updated CAP issues of buyers & certification audits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Sound Knowledge in Chemical Management, Environment/HIGG
∎ Good knowledge of Accord/RSC regarding Fire Electrical and Building Requirements
∎ Pro-active, Independent and Result Oriented
∎ Strong Interpersonal Skill
∎ Excellent Communication Skills both Written and Speaking in English
∎ Good in MS-Office
