Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Commerce (M,Com) in Accounts, Finance
∎ ITP and CA (CC)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have sufficient competency to handle independently all VAT & Income Tax related works of the Group.
∎ Prepare & compile necessary documents for filing the company's tax return, withholding tax return, VAT return & RJSC returns.
∎ Corporate TAX planning of the company to minimize the tax burden.
∎ Oversee employee-related TAX deduction, employee-related company tax deductions return submission/filings
∎ Regularly reviewing the application of TAX and VAT policy of the Group and its systems and making updates and improvements where necessary
∎ Provide support with various internal & external audits and special tax-related projects.
∎ To manage all VAT & Income Tax related queries and filings in the right manner.
∎ To make liaison with the concerned Tax and VAT officials along with Tax advisors.
∎ To maintain sales & purchase register for VAT return filling & submission.
∎ To monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the seniors and the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Communication skills both in Bangla and in English.
∎ Leadership Skills.
∎ Analytical ability & Strategic thinking.
∎ Ability to take challenges.
Salary: Negotiable
