Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Must be from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit, Consultancy, Fire and Safety, Fire Protection and Detection System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Testing & commissioning of fire protection and detection system.
∎ Installation of fire protection system, Fire Sprinkler, Standpipe, Suppression, Fire Alam & Detection system, and Passive fire protection system.
∎ Clear knowledge about BNBC-2006, 2020, NFPA-1,10,13,14,16,20,25,70,72,2001etc.
∎ AutoCAD 2D/3D professional .
∎ Ensure proper design as per national & International Standard Guidelines (Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense, RSC, BV, NFPA).
∎ BOQ preparation as per site visit, follow tender specifications, third party approved drawing, etc.
∎ Driving the installation team, instructing site engineers and technicians.
∎ Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Management.
∎ Define requirements and monitor those through to implementation.
∎ Collaborate with vendors to implement enhancements.
∎ Develop and maintain implementation and enhancement project plans.
∎ Manage projects with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates.
∎ Adapt quickly to complex culture and develop successful professional relations with key stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
∎ Validate bill as per work order. Ensure timely arrangement & submission of bill/ invoice.
∎ Detailed dimensional drawing develops in AutoCAD from catalogs.
∎ Creating Isometric drawing for Hydraulic Calculation.
∎ Reviewed engineering drawings prior to the release to groups.
∎ Meet project deadlines and work to meet the needs of internal/external customers.
∎ Responsible for managing numerous projects, including meeting deadlines, budgets, and forming a strategy to complete project goals.
∎ Preparing test reports (following NFPA format), NFPA checklist, and conducted fire safety inspections (RSC, RCC, BV, Buyer audit).
∎ Daily update of team activities.
∎ Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with customers.
∎ Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
