Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Must be from any reputed University
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Excellent communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experienced in commercial export, Import documents making (L/C, bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, checking).
∎ Well communication skill of negotiating with C&F agent, Submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Mail communication with buyer, supplier & others concern.
∎ Sound knowledge about customs-related documents and procedures.
∎ Preparing invoice, Packing list, B/L and shipping documents.
∎ Closely follow up all commercial processes and to execute in timely and cost-effectively.
∎ Follow-up delivery and documentation maintaining proper communication with supplier and forwarder to ensure availability of material(s) on time.
∎ Follow-up local vendors for on-time delivery
∎ Should have working experience in preparing documents as per PI, PO, and Sales Contract.
∎ Need to handle any other work assigned by Management.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
