Any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory., RMG
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for RMG production of bottom denim garments, particularly specialize in Cutting, Sewing and Finishing.
∎ Develop the sewing & finishing standard, rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Follow up & ensure production from fabric/accessories, sewing to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Will be responsible for several quality matters form cutting to shipment of goods.
∎ Makes sure of production environment as per compliance CoC.
∎ Ensure quality product and quality level as per buyer's standard.
∎ Responsible for strong floor management along with employee welfare.
∎ Maintain fair judgment in perspective of employee disciplinary and grievance handling.
∎ Coordination with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Planning and give them proper support in all sewing related matter.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to applicants working in Savar area.
Salary: Negotiable
