Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Wet Process), Dyeing/ Washing, Garments Washing Plant, Production Management (Washing), Sound knowledge of Denim Wash, wash Chemical
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Washing Factory
Job Context:
∎ Our all machines are fully automated. So Candidate must have experience of Auto Recipes & Auto Dosing system setting.
∎ Those Candidate just can apply, who are working with Turkish / Moroccans / Pakistani Technician.
∎ Must have Minimum 5-10 years practical working experience with Walmart/ Aldi/ Primark/ C&A/ Gap/ Next/ Inditex/ LIDL as an AGM / DGM/ GM in 100% Export Oriented Woven (denim & non-denim) Washing Plant.
∎ Candidate must have Automation Machine Idea.
∎ Candidate must have handling ability of Automated Machines in the washing plant.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be Capable to Set up and Handle a brand-new sustainable washing plant.
∎ Must have Capability to Marketing, Production and Delivery of a Denim Washing Plant.
∎ Responsible to wash R&D, bulk production & have the experience of co-ordination with production team up to final shipment.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandiser to make recipes records.
∎ Responsible for a department where all Type of wash issue need to solve for Denim and non-denim Product.
∎ Production follow for Entire washing Plant.
∎ Production Planning for Entire Washing Plant.
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly budget to achieve company goals.
∎ Ensure product safety and quality.
∎ Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized floor.
∎ Research & Development for all wash processes for the sample.
∎ Manage and sustain a full functional Effluent Treatment Plant.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.
∎ Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade.
∎ Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking.
∎ Capable to do seasonal wash developments following customers requirement & trends
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
