Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Controller/ Assurance, Quality Inspection, Quality Management System, Woven and Denim products.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Context:
∎ We are hiring a dynamic candidate who have sound knowledge and practical experience on Woven and Denim products Quality related all responsibility.
∎ At least experience of handling 20 production lines.
∎ The DGM will also train newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools. The position will be under the direct supervision of the factory head.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and improve quality policy, procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists.
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
∎ Coordinate with buyer representative, production, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ Setting quality standards for the factory individual buyer's requirements and guidance for each department and process in the factory.
∎ Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval.
∎ Planning and managing quality department activities in accordance with agreed upon budget, timeline and goal.
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers and investigating and setting standards for quality.
∎ Ensure reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard to ensure all quality requirements are being followed in production.
∎ And overall acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Time Management skill.
Salary: Negotiable
