Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop sophisticated models, help develop the data science ecosystem, develop advanced Machine Learning models and deploy Artificial Intelligence to solve business-critical problems that cannot be solved through traditional means.
∎ Collaborate with the Product/CVM and Digital team through state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and robust models to provide solutions to business problems
∎ Participate in business performance analysis and evaluation with actionable insights, lead business impact analysis & engage different commercial functions on generated business alarms on potential issues or opportunities
∎ Prepare cohesive story on the results of the analysis, manage stakeholders and organization with business insights & hidden meaning of information to make data-driven business decisions and monitor & evaluate business performance by applying the smart methodology of data exploration and strategic dashboard revenue opportunity
∎ Analyze customers & Channel historical activities and behavior to predict future like channel preference, churn, ARPU, etc. Identify complicated business problems, devise solutions to and predict the occurrence of such problems
∎ Understand business objectives to analyze the business data, extract the maximum amount of valid information content from the multidimensional analyses and obtain and present the business insight with recommendations
∎ Simplify complex outputs into actionable, understandable outcomes for business stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10+ years experience in Software Engineering & Data Warehousing
∎ Strong knowledge in RDBMS technologies, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Expert in handling large data, cleansing & preparation for structure data modeling
∎ 2-3 years experience in machine learning-based model development
∎ Comfortable in UNIX environment and Shell scripting
∎ Strong knowledge in Reporting & Business Analysis
∎ Strong knowledge on Telecom industry value chain, insight, and dynamics
∎ Business Communication and presentation skill
∎ Hands on experience in developing predictive models in customer segmentation, churn and CLM modeling or recommendations using data science tools and techniques like Python/R
∎ Working knowledge of/experience in R/ Python and SQL
∎ Demonstrate strong knowledge of analytical/statistical techniques and their applications
∎ Strong knowledge of ML models in business language
∎ Strong Knowledge of data visualization tools (Micro Strategy, Tableau, Power BI etc.)
