Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive cross-functional team to ensure on-time campaign planning and execution for customers of digital channels
∎ Maintain a smooth relationship with existing and new partners related to alternate channels to ensure on-time campaign planning and execution for customers of the digital channels
∎ Prepare detailed campaign instructions, design channel promotion for digital channels partners, and execute the launching of the channel incentive scheme
∎ Search for potential channel partners, negotiate with prospective partners, and finalize operational modality within the given framework of the approved business plan
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain connectivity and integration in terms of VPN, API, and Applications
∎ Collect market intelligence and analyze the necessary industry, market, and competitive information to provide relevant insights to prepare a strategy and expansion plans for digital channels
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of performance reports and insights in terms of KPI / target achievements, product offers, etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 - 5 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Experience in business development, partners' relationship management, and digital product development will be preferred
∎ Good understanding and thorough knowledge of the retail market environment & its dynamics
∎ Good understanding of Distribution channels / Networks
∎ Sound knowledge of the competitive environment
∎ Basic knowledge of MS Office suite
∎ Process management & Interpersonal skills
