Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify keywords to target and craft a content strategy for internal content creators
∎ Optimize content for SEO, awareness, and lead generation: understand, amplify, and measure the impact of content on SEO, brand awareness, and lead gen. Collaborate with content and design teams on execution
∎ Optimizing technical SEO titles, meta descriptions, sitemaps, etc.
∎ Work closely with the content team to refresh and repurpose existing content
∎ Manage day-to-day of paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebooks Ads focus on optimizing and reducing CPA, testing new ads, reporting,etc.
∎ Reporting on the performance of SEO, SEM, and other campaigns
∎ Help build landing pages within HubSpot for B2B and B2C audiences
∎ Maintain websites within WordPress
∎ Build and update email marketing campaigns
∎ Proactively bring up ideas for improvement across SEO, SEM and customer experience with data and examples to help illustrate your thought process
∎ Making calls to potential customers introducing our products.
∎ Follow up with the existing customers for new inquiries, due bills.
∎ Prepare price quotation, bill & challan for regular order through the ERP system.
∎ Arrange regular files properly.
∎ Update sales report daily & submit the report monthly.
∎ Any other task by the department head.
∎ Searching for product information from customers by inbound and outbound calls or receiving calls and receiving questions, handling complaints, identifying problems.
∎ Must be able to communicate with each client by phone.
∎ Bengali should be spoken fluently, any kind of regionalism will not be acceptable.
∎ The customer will have to answer various questions in Messenger.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in MS Office Package.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills to communicate and ability to work inside a team is highly appreciable.
∎ A strong interpersonal skill is highly recommended.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, cope with stress, and stay calm in a crisis.
∎ Candidates living nearby the Adabor area will be given preference.
Salary: Tk. 13000 - 20000 (Monthly)
