Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Da'wah and Event Management Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing campaigns and events for our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies to promote our message and services.
∎ Creating and managing Digital Marketing materials, including digital and print materials.
∎ Planning, organizing, and executing campaign, events, workshops, and outreach programs.
∎ Managing event timelines, and logistics.
∎ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
∎ Capturing high-quality photographs and videos during events.
∎ Editing and enhancing event photos and videos for Digital Marketing purposes.
∎ Creating compelling written content for Digital Marketing promotions and materials.
∎ Maintaining digital records and archives of events, including photos, videos, and other assets.
∎ Managing and maintaining our website to ensure it reflects our mission and engages our audience effectively.
∎ Overseeing the management and optimization of school software to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: Proven experience in marketing and event management, including planning and executing successful campaigns and events.
∎ Experience in managing and optimizing digital platforms, including websites and school software.
∎ Prior experience with photography, videography, content creation, and digital record-keeping is highly beneficial.
∎ Communication Skills:
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to create compelling content for marketing materials and engage with stakeholders effectively.
∎ Digital Skills:
∎ Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for marketing and event management, including website management, social media, and content creation.
∎ Skills in photo and video editing software to enhance media for marketing purposes.
∎ Basic knowledge about Islamic Shariyah
