Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/BSc and/or MBA/MS from a reputed UGC approved university with major in Marketing/ Finance/ Computer Science/ Telecom Engineering/ Business Policy & Strategy

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the market and identify opportunities, innovation, and disruptive ideas in digital Ad to proliferate overall effectiveness for Adtech project
∎ Be actively involved in the development of a detailed roadmap on a quarterly basis in line with a business plan and co-ordinate with other commercial teams to ascertain market requirements and pulse
∎ Translate digital trends into innovative concepts by identifying and implementing new Ad formats based on the evolution of the Ad industry and formulate effective Ad monetization strategy for different channels through a continuous re-evaluation of existing channels and suggesting for revamping wherever required
∎ Execute and implement the new Adtech features effectively, identify potential placements through various evaluation processes, design the GTM, ensure management and regulatory approvals (if needed), technical implementation of business requirements, conduct UAT and go live
∎ Monitor all the ongoing ad campaigns on both Telco and Digital assets, analyze daily ad delivery reports with CPM, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, CPC, Traffic, Conversion Rate by Channel, Reach, View, CPV, Ad Frequency and guide and manage agency/partners for new Ad format execution
∎ Carry out and maintain successful UAT for Applink and DCB newly feature launch and plan Hackathon for Applink promotion

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 to 4 years of working experience within the Digital Advertising/AdTech sector with a proven track record of at least 2 years in digital products management.
∎ Good understanding of the AdTech industry, digital market landscape, and environment
∎ Sound knowledge in marketing and all its respective functions
∎ Sound knowledge in Google Advertising, Adwords, Adsense, RTB, CMP, SSP, DSP, AdExchange, Ad Network, Video Ads, Banner Ads, SMM.
∎ Good analytics and problem-solving ability capability
∎ Strong knowledge in digital Ad inventory management, product & pricing, portfolio management, UI/UX
∎ Experience in working with Adtech companies or SSP/DSP providers.
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Good commercial acumen
