Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new DCB and DS revenue opportunities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to launch event/ occasion-based campaigns
∎ Drive end-to-end delivery of the products including developing the product, coordinating with internal and external teams, due diligence of the selected vendor, providing brief for a communication plan, ensuring GTM & BTL execution and Pre & Post UAT checking
∎ Create and manage subscriber database and figure out the impact analysis for future reference of campaign design and development
∎ Generate reports and analyze different parameters related to smart vas and strategic projects and present to management on regular basis on the performance of the services.
∎ Analyze customer segments & explore various communication channels & come up with solutions to increase customer usage & include new customers
∎ Monitor & measure all existing DCB and digital services BTL campaign performance and modify campaigns based on new DCB offered by competitors, customer trait, updated performance trend of existing campaigns or due to change in product and services
∎ Innovate different products/campaigns to increase revenue through modifying current portfolio, discussing changes among the team, and implementing changes for the existing DCB and digital products
∎ Implement and manage SDP policies or modified policies & procedures directed from BTRC/ group / BL Management
∎ Monitor post-launch KPIs in terms of user, usage, and revenue for each micro-segment and take corrective actions to maintain sustainable growth as per Line manager's direction
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years of total experience, 2 years of relevant experience in VAS/DCB/Digital Product Development in the Telecom Industry is preferred
∎ Understanding and knowledge of the telecommunication, SDP, DCB, VAS, and Digital services
∎ Knowledge of product innovation, conceptualization, designing & development market and consumer insights
∎ Knowledge of Project management
∎ Understanding and knowledge of different development initiatives and new business opportunities
∎ Basic Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
∎ Data analysis ability
∎ Knowledge of customer lifecycle management
∎ Understanding of core telecom platforms including SDP platform
