Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/BSc and/or MBA/MS with major in Marketing/ Finance/ Computer Science/ Telecom Engineering/ Business Policy & Strategy from any UGC approved university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the lifecycle management of digital products and services port-folio to achieve the expected level of user engagement and other relevant KPIs as set in the overall strategic goals
∎ Designing and implementing innovative and effective growth hack techniques and campaigns, support execution of the campaign GTM
∎ Identify, plan, develop and identify contents, features and opportunities to drive user engagement in establishing digital assets in potential segments like Gaming, health, education and agri-Tech
∎ Support the Digital Asset formation in strategy, roadmap development, Industry understanding, Partner search & onboarding through RFQ etc., Business model & KPI formulation, Pricing & Product management (Acquisition, Retention, QA/UAT etc.), Customer journey creation (UI/UX), Technical Development finally leading to creation of an established asset/service.
∎ Analyze market intelligence and gather data with inputs to build strategy focusing on creativity to increase overall effectiveness and support development of roadmap on a quarterly basis
∎ Identify the potential of existing services and contribute to the development of new services as part of the overall life cycle management to stimulate engagement on digital assets and generate a consistent growth both in engagement and revenue in collaboration with respective stakeholders across Banglalink
∎ Coordinate with other commercial teams to ascertain market requirements and pulse; translate customer insights into innovative concepts; identify and recommend on new opportunities based on the evolution of technologies; work on making online and offline distribution plans
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 to 6 years working experience with proven track record of at least 2 to 3 years in digital products and service
∎ Experience of working in a Telecom would be an added advantage
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Good understanding of the telecommunication industry, market and environment
∎ Sound understanding of the commercial unit and especially through knowledge in marketing and all its respective functions
∎ Good analytics and problem solving ability clubbed with decision making, project management and consumer insight
∎ Strong knowledge in digital asset management, product & pricing, portfolio management
∎ Experience in App development lifecycle
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
∎ Good commercial acumen
