∎ B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake requirement collection process of IT applications from various stakeholders, monitor the documentation of the application specification, lead requirements analysis and verification and ensure that required documentation are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
∎ Develop the high-level project scope for new software solution through cross-functional business analysis sessions, conduct technical review or demonstration sessions with software vendors to assess the products and suppliers' capability
∎ Develop and deploy in-house applications, design technical solutions based on the technical specification, and implement through appropriate programming languages.
∎ Analyze the impact of production change deployments in compliance with IT change management policy, implement the changes with appropriate technology and ensure necessary testing as per testing guideline
∎ Manage application operations and maintenance, service monitoring, capacity management, performance management, change and release management, etc.
∎ Conduct extensive research and technology tracking for increased awareness of new technologies, tools, and products
∎ Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, perform or direct research on industry trends, business, and IT products, analyze trends and make strategic and tactical recommendations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of experience in Application Department and Maintenance
∎ Advance Knowledge of cyber security vulnerability, threats, and its mitigation strategies.
∎ Programming Knowledge ( Java, DotNet, Mobile Apps, etc.), Security systems & solutions (PAM, Firewall, SIEM, IPS etc.)
∎ Advance knowledge on vulnerability and penetration testing
∎ Moderate knowledge of AD, Linux/Unix/Windows OS, DNS, exchange, Database, Router/Switch, Firewall
∎ Good knowledge of scripting, Regex, etc. using python or other languages
∎ Knowledge of telecom industry function and cyber security certificates will be an added advantage
