Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent degree from any UGC approved university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capture business requirements of any VAS solution from various stakeholders and develop high-level solutions and project scope through cross-functional business analysis sessions
∎ Supervise the development of detailed project plans and roadmaps
∎ Technical solution design/review, lead technical integration and end to end solution delivery
∎ Collaborate with the business team during the project phase, ensure proper engagement, and necessary support deliverables from the business team and facilitate UAT.
∎ Having full understanding and ownership of solution architecture, design, integration, configuration, call flows, business process, service monitoring, change management, etc.
∎ Ensure service launch/go-live as per Commercial requirement and within defined timeline
∎ Manage business applications in VAS domain such as IRIS, SDP, SMSC, USSD GW and integrate 3rd party services in collaboration with vendors. Need to govern and manage vendor delivery as per agreed service level and contract terms.
∎ Act as Technical Lead for the commercial product and service launching in VAS domain, within the stipulated timeframe and inaccurate manner
∎ Play service owner role to ensure service availability, and smooth customer experience through efficient operation and maintenance following ITIL standards.
∎ Work with the Banglalink information security team to assess potential security risks and ensure that the VAS services platform is secured as per Banglalink Information Security Policy guidelines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-6 years of relevant experience
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Sound understanding of GSM architecture, VAS services, SDP, and Charging Gateway.
∎ Knowledge in VAS especially in the fields of Messaging GW, USSD, Recharge Platform, SDP services
∎ Being able to understand how each service works, how it interconnects with other network elements
∎ Up-to-date Knowledge of the latest interventions and technology evolution in the telecom industry and VAS domain
∎ Basic knowledge & understanding of IP networking to understand connectivity among different nodes
