∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Corporate Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales target achievement for the selected region.
∎ Responsible for proper utilization of manpower under his control, regarding works, administration
∎ Analyze / formulate monthly target & give effort to achieve in full.
∎ Keep proper records of the following : - (Delivery, shortage, breakage & return goods records)
∎ Submit market analyze report & achievement plan to the management office each month.
∎ Arrange monthly meeting with sub ordinates and give them proper guidelines to achieve target
∎ Visit Sales area regularly by term; explore new dealers, retailers & distributors as per program submitted
∎ Prepare and submit plan & policies to develop market brand
∎ Monitor competitor’s activities in order to take advantage of the market share.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be honest, smart & hardworking mentality.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & beyond office hour.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, Can Do attitude, self-motivated & result oriented.
∎ Well versed in computer application
∎ Excellent communication ability both in written & spoken English
