Retail Management, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chain shop, Retail Store, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute of business development plans in coordination oath Business Development.
∎ Develop draft which meet the marketing strategy complying with set policies and procedures of the Footwear retail store.
∎ Prepare Retail sales and marketing plan.
∎ Maintain store & stock management on daily basis.
∎ Identify new customers for expansion.
∎ Connect with business existing and new channels to increase sales.
∎ To set the sales target for the store.
∎ Analyze the market potentialities, competitor behavior, and market trends on a regular basis and report to the management.
∎ Prepare promotional plan on quarterly based to get more sales.
∎ Identify target clients, make sales forecast, and implement sales strategies.
∎ Total knowledge about POS system.
∎ Maintain and keep records of day to day marketing activity.
∎ Participate in clients meeting and attending exhibitions, events, workshops.
∎ Display: Visual management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure & problem solving attitude.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Strong analytical and planning skills having Leadership
