∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical expertise and support to clients, architects, engineers, and contractors in the pre-engineered steel buildings and structures industry.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads, develop proposals, and deliver effective presentations.
∎ Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, provide technical recommendations, and ensure feasibility.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to provide insights for product improvements and new offerings.
∎ Prepare detailed project specifications, drawings, and cost estimates to support the sales process.
∎ Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and technical aspects of our products.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to provide recommendations for sales strategies and product enhancements.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales activities, project progress, and technical developments for management review.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Proven experience in engineering sales or technical sales within the pre-engineered steel buildings and structures industry.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of pre-engineered steel construction principles, codes, and standards.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office & CAD software and other relevant technical tools.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a customer-centric approach.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
