Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve technical issues within different components
∎ Provide technical support to clients in person and remotely
∎ Research, diagnose and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
∎ Project's inspection & collect information
∎ Preparing proposal, price offer, Contract agreement
∎ Analysis & review quantity & costing
∎ Collaborate with engineers and architects to review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, technical support activities, and product-related documentation.
∎ All others Sales support related works as advised by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 29 years
∎ Solid knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
∎ Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion software
