Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public/private university.
∎ Professional degree from ICAB (CACC) /ICMAB (Part completed) would be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the full cycle of accounting duties or supervision of others in the basic tasks, such as accounts payable and receivable as per supervision of Manager (Accounts & Finance) / Head of Business.
∎ Carry out any of the book-keeping tasks of the Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance) in the event of absence or as and when required to ensure all deadlines are met.
∎ Capable to posting of bank payment voucher, maintaining Bank Register and preparing Bank Reconciliation.
∎ Assist to Manager (Accounts & Finance) to prepare yearly Sales, Revenue and Capital Budget.
∎ Assist to Manager (Accounts & Finance) to prepare product Costing along with cost analysis.
∎ Capable to liaison and negotiating with financial institutions, banks for renewal of loans and new loans against ongoing and forthcoming projects of the Company.
∎ Assist to Manager (Accounts & Finance) to ensure internal control system through Finance, Accounts, Audit and other means.
∎ Capable to manage, monitor and facilitate Tax/VAT/Custom/Excise Duty and other related departments of the govt. & non-govt.
∎ Assist to Manager (Accounts & Finance) to manage & monitor commercial (LC related) activities
∎ Assist to Manager (Accounts & Finance) to set up & oversee the company's Finance IT system
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have at least 1-2-years pharma job experience in the same position.
∎ Must have Pharmacist registration number.
Salary:
∎ Salary and other remuneration will be given as per HR Policy.
