∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Expatriate Management: Processing of Work permits, security clearance & Visas for expatriate staff.
∎ Travel Management: Issuance of invitation letters, air ticket booking & hotel bookings, and accommodation arrangements, at home and abroad including local logistics management and providing protocol support.
∎ Transport management: Ensuring proper maintenance of company vehicles and timely allocation of vehicle fleet.
∎ Legal & Regulatory Management: To deal with all kinds of land and property-related activities including land office, Rajuk; Coordination with lawyers, and other govt offices concerning land-related disputes & issues.
∎ Billing and Cost Management: Analysis and evaluation of the demand and processing of Material Requisition. To process all kinds of administrative bills to accounts through software.
∎ Day-to-day Administrative Activities: To carry out day-to-day administrative tasks as when required.
