Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Commercial Invoice, packing list, detail packing list for export documents.
∎ Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for export.
∎ Take care of commercial papers /documentation for import and export.
∎ Keep liaise with the concerned department like Customs/Shipping Agent /C& F/Bank etc.
∎ Prepare necessary statement and report in line with the management's requirement
∎ Keeping record of all original documents submitted to bank manually in register for individually.
∎ Keeping record of back to back L/C performance for all buyers individually to avoid excess (%) of back to back limit.
∎ Keeping record of original documents to bank doing reconcile those with ex-factory shipment so that no document missing to bank.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-4 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, supply chain management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Good command in English language is needed.
∎ Good communication skill is required.
∎ Must have mentality to work in stress & long hours.
∎ Must be very organized and systematic.
∎ Must be honest, dedicated and hard working.
∎ Should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, e-mail is must.
∎ Must have ability to prepare report.
