Educational Requirements:

∎ - Proven experience in executive leadership roles, with a track record of successful organizational management.
∎ - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ - Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and secure funding.
∎ - Knowledge of the organization's specific field and mission.
∎ - Commitment to ethical and transparent leadership.
∎ - Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
∎ University of Dhaka,University of Chittagong,Rajshahi University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Market Research, Planning, Project Management

∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that guides the organization's growth, sustainability, and impact. Collaborate with the board of directors to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
∎ 2. Financial Management: Manage the organization's financial resources, including budgeting, fund raising, and financial reporting. Ensure the fiscal health of the organization by monitoring financial performance and making necessary adjustments.
∎ 3. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of senior staff members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture that encourages innovation and excellence.
∎ 4. Compliance and Governance: Ensure the organization operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with the board of directors to maintain governance structures and policies.
∎ 5. Advocacy and Public Relations: Act as the organization's spokesperson, representing it to the public and media. Advocate for the organization's mission and initiatives to build awareness and support.
∎ 6. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and challenges within the organization, seeking to find constructive solutions and maintain a positive work environment.
∎ 7. Professional Development: Stay current on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving personal and organizational knowledge.
