Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation (Commerce/Marketing background)
∎ No third division in any level of education will be accepted.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Business development, Retail Stores/ Shops
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist, planning and implement business promotional activities and tools.
∎ Prepare report on retails sales channels and submit to the Department Head.
∎ Developing market strategy for the company in co-ordination with other Departments.
∎ Develop & Conduct Digital Marketing strategy for the company in co-ordination with other Departments.
∎ Conduct Sales outlet and product merchandising.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience working Sales and Marketing department of any renowned home appliance or electronics retailer in the country will be an added advantage.
∎ Be a Team Player, Proactive,Can-Do-Attitude.
∎ Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.
∎ Ready to travel anywhere in Bangladesh if necessary.
∎ Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel,PowerPoint,ERP software.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Benefits includes festival bonus, increment & others as per company policy.
