∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Marketing/ Sales department to understand the budget, requirements, and specifications.
∎ Obtain price Quotations from different suppliers and prepare a Comparative Statement (CS) for the work order.
∎ Ensure smooth and on-time delivery of Marketing support i.e., POSM, and other market-related promo items.
∎ On-time procurement and delivery of all products.
∎ Ensure timely Bill settlement and rent payment of the suppliers/govt authorities.
∎ Ensure efficient procurement & provide cost Savings reports.
∎ Ensure budgetary control and report budget variances.
∎ Execute savings target.
∎ Monitor stock report from Store Department.
∎ Assist Local material procurement
