∎ Daffodil International University,Southeast University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference

Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine garments manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ CM Analysis.
∎ Sample costing.
∎ Conduct cost-effective analysis from sample development to final output.
∎ Reduce garment cost by using industrial engineering tools.
∎ Set Work Study/ IE team and ensuring that the targets are achieved.
∎ Review the current policies and improve plans to improve upon the existing standards.
∎ Prepare machine / line layout.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
∎ Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
∎ Create training programs for I.E. techniques and benefits to enable efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.
∎ Find out the causes & remedies of manufacturing wastes.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having good experience in IE activities in garment industry (Knit).
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Review: Yearly Festival Bonus: 2As per company`s existing policy
