∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,Microsoft Security Certification,Certified Network Associate
∎ Training/Trade Course: Analytics,Networking,IT Security
∎ Skills Required: Analytical and problem solving skills, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Google Spread Sheet, IT security audit, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Reporting and Documentation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Network Security
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assemble and install necessary hardware and install operating systems and PC software.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as needed.
∎ Maintain computers and related equipment for optimal performance.
∎ Install and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, to ensure data privacy is maintained.
∎ Develop training materials and provide IT training for users.
∎ Provide technical support to users in response to problems.
∎ Install and configure internet equipment such as network switches, WiFi routers, Mikrotik routers, etc.
∎ Manage Firewall for web security using Mikrotik router.
∎ Work with suppliers to manage warranties for hardware and software products.
∎ Conduct regular IT security audits of subcontractors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
