∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer and Manage Active Directory Server, File Server etc.
∎ Ensure stable IT Infrastructure and Network Communication.
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, and Diagnose / solve hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV, Access Control, Projectors etc.
∎ Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook and web mail.
∎ Troubleshooting all IT related issues of user requirements in different OS like Windows7, Windows8, Windows 10, Mac OS and Linux.
∎ Communicate effectively with supervisor, subordinates, base staff and Factory personnel
∎ Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Network/system administration experience windows environments.
∎ Ability to plan own work, setting priorities and completing it under pressure.
∎ CCNA/ MCSE Vendor Certified will get preference.
∎ Familiar with Mikrotik and Cisco Device.
∎ Familiar with Windows Server, Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, LAN, WAN, Security, Active Directory, Storage.
∎ Good knowledge on Windows Server R2 2012.
∎ Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Sub netting, DHCP.
∎ Good knowledge on router,switch .
∎ Knowledge of network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, VLAN,
∎ Must know the Network fundamentals, general network setup and device configuration and Good knowledge of server hardware
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Self-motivated.
