Job Context:
∎ The Group is looking for a professional for the position of Executive - Production Planning, who has the experience and dynamic abilities to run the production planning of daily 50 tons of dyeing as well as Knitting proportionately in any reputed RMG Group. The Manager, will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the fabric production planning and coordination in the Textile Division of the Group.
∎ Job Location: Gulshan-2, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for the production planning and coordination in the Textile Division, ensuring optimum utilization of capacity, manpower and equipment.
∎ Closely follow up the implementation operation of the plan in line with the Production Schedule.
∎ Prepare the machine loading plan keeping in view of its maximum capacity.
∎ Forecast and plan the in-housing of raw materials and different ancillaries to meet production schedules of Knitting and Dyeing.
∎ Will have to remain always updated on production status and be capable to provide any information regarding the status of knitting and dyeing instantly.
∎ Maintain close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products.
∎ Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Batch Mixing, Dyeing Department, Dyeing Planning, Fabric Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ In depth knowledge on overall Batch & Textile Planning.
∎ In-depth knowledge on RMG Sector & Textile (Knitting and Dyeing)
