Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the preparation of proposals, agreements, and presentations as per the request of the Sales and Marketing teams with a clear understanding of the requirements and specifications of the customers.
∎ Study RFP/RFQ/EOI/Tender schedules of various banks/ NGOs/ donor agencies, Govt. ministries and corporate organizations and prepare the submission of bids/offers within the deadline with strict conformity of the rules and regulations of the concerned organizations.
∎ Maintain vendor enlistment e-Gp and other like system (UNDP, ADB, etc)., and submit response through online portal.
∎ Work with vendors/suppliers/partners and engineers to acquire necessary product information and create relevant business documents such as BRD, SoW, SRS, Use Cases etc.
∎ Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides.
∎ Prepare, organize and complete business metrics, concept note, business strategy and other business information documentations.
∎ Study company products and services and produce and complete competitive marketing information metrics/report.
∎ Collect, Organize, compile and present business sustainability/opportunity information in a manner to attract the recipient.
∎ Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths, weakness and opportunities and the evaluate operational effectiveness.
∎ Follow up and maintain good communication with the departments to collect requested information on time;
∎ Draft and issue press releases about various events, such as launching of services, signing ceremonies etc.
∎ Assist the Business/Sales team to prepare reports/invoices for ongoing projects. Prepare project completion report and final invoices for completed projects.
∎ Prepare various letters, emails to communicate with external stakeholders.
∎ Review published material and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format and content.
∎ Review competitive products and documentation to further improve our documentation and processes.
∎ Review and edit existing documents to improve writing, styles, formatting, contents, etc. and also keep records of any changes made.
∎ Ensure complete secrecy in managing confidential documents.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.

∎ Excellent command over English and professional writing skills
∎ Good analytical, planning, coordination skill & presentation skill
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good Knowledge on e-Gp portal and other like system (UNDP, ADB, etc).
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Visio, MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners.
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned task within the given timeline
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking and compliant with business ethics.
