Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, Networking Basics, Redhat linux
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Providing technical support across the company.
∎ Day to day operational activities, software and database systems.
∎ Providing high quality client support
∎ Participate in the design of information and operational support systems & Providing administrative support as needed
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
∎ Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
∎ Analyze and prepare report on market competition by comparing the company's product to competitor's products.
∎ Must have excellent liaison skill with the officials of government/ semi government organization.
∎ Knowledge in E-tendering may be considered as added advantage.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 5/6 year(s) of relevant field (IT cum Marketing).
∎ Both males & females are allowed to apply.
∎ High proficiency in computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point) and Software management.
∎ Experience in Digital Marketing - Online ,Facebook and Content writing, product promotion
∎ Clear concept about Networking and System administration in Linux and Windows platform.
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
