∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Documentation, Export Import Through LC, Export/ Import through L/C, yarn store
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proforma invoice checking
∎ LC & TT opening application fill-up and submission to Bank
∎ LC draft checking and draft confirmation to bank
∎ All import & Export documents checking
∎ All import & export documents collect from bank
∎ Vessel and Container Tracking
∎ LC payment, Acceptance follow up
∎ C & F follow-up (Chattogram & Dhaka Airport)
∎ Bill entry timely collect from C&F agent
∎ Bill of entry timely handover to customs bond dept for including inbond
∎ Prepare Local LC document timely send to factory to prepare MRR
∎ Prepare local LC MRR collect from factory
∎ Preparation of all LC & TT statement 2023
∎ Preparation of Back to back LC statement 2023
∎ Preparation of raw material statement 2023
∎ Relevant experience in Commercial and Marketing department.
∎ Maintain DO, PI, PO and LC related documents and keeping record in a well manner.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly ending report for respective concerns.
∎ Have sound knowledge regarding yarn.
∎ Prepare yarn report, yarn price statement and keeping record in regular way.
∎ Issuing monthly PO & PI as per projection.
∎ Maintain and organize all admin and store related documents.
∎ Maintain communication with need basis.
∎ Documentation, record-keeping and reporting.
∎ Development issues as per well-being of organization.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
