Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Calls to Clients.
∎ Managing the sales & recovery team to achieve the collection goals.
∎ Follow up with customers for all outstanding payments and identify problematic accounts.
∎ Responsible for communicating with delinquent customers, and establishing and developing effective payment plans with the delinquent customers.
∎ Ensures payments are monitored promptly and reminders are issued timely on any amount in arrears.
∎ Making collection efforts on past due accounts vide site visits and phone in order to achieve prompt payment.

∎ Negotiate Payment Schedules.
∎ Maintain Customer Files.
∎ Prepare Statements.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience in the Cash\Loan Recovery sector, including at least 1 years experience with Agricultural Machinery, like Tractors, Power Tiller, Combine Harvester, Rice Transplanter, etc.
∎ Candidates who have worked in Defense Sector will get preference.
∎ Good command of Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet.
∎ Experience in handling banking transactions, Attention to detail, and Mathematics
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should be smart and energetic to manage any situation.
∎ Able to Travel frequently all over the Country.
∎ Able to ride a Motorcycle with a valid license.
Salary: Negotiable
