Job Context:
∎ Ensuring the customer satisfaction by delivering the desired product, meeting sales target and maintain the flagship showroom as per PROTON standard. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual professional with experience in selling of Brand-New cars in Corporate and Government as well as in-depth knowledge in Government Tender and submission process etc.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, but will travel to any part of the district as per the job and responsibility demands.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating new retail and corporate clients to meet the sales target.
∎ Developing long term relationship with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
∎ Product demonstration, features briefing, informing service warranty, following sales documentation.
∎ Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price.and delivery.
∎ Reach out to customer leads through cold calls and visit.
∎ Providing assistance to Supply chain & Accounts for product delivery.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
∎ Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
∎ Preparing sales report and develop potential customer database.
∎ Supporting marketing activities by attending Motor shows, conferences and other marketing events
∎ Preparing weekly/daily sales and visit report.
∎ Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate with 2-4 years of experience in relevant Field / Real Estate will have added advantage.
∎ Exceptional customer service skill
∎ Outspoken and excellent problem-solving, negotiation and management skills.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
∎ Ability to take direction and guidance.
