Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day sales operations within the organization.
∎ Plan to ensure achievement of organizational and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
∎ Oversee employee work on a daily basis to ensure productivity to organizational standards and guidelines.
∎ Audit Visit report submitted by BDE (4 Per BDE Per Month)
∎ Arrange and Conduct Morning and Evening Meeting.
∎ Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
∎ Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that
∎ A high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
∎ Provide on Field Training and mentoring for Newly appointed BDE
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-year of Direct Sales experience must
∎ Technical Knowledge
∎ Microsoft Office (Excel, Power-point, Outlook)
∎ Minimum knowledge of Internet / Facebook / YouTube / Google services
∎ Minimum knowledge on SME Business and Business Modal
