∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP,
∎ Software maintenance and network security, data center management, and so on
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pro Activeness and Good at problem-solving;
∎ Able to explain technical problems in simple terms;
∎ Depth knowledge of network types (LAN & WAN);
∎ Depth Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, PPPoE, Static and TCP/IP Management;
∎ Good Knowledge of Routing and Switching
∎ Good Knowledge of CISCO, Juniper Switch and Mikrotik Router
∎ Skills required on troubleshooting MACs, PCs, mobile devices, peripherals & software;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills;
∎ Good knowledge of networking and Consumer Network Equipment (WiFi Routers) in order to diagnose connectivity issues;
∎ Good knowledge about various OS (Windows, Linux, MAC OS, and Android OS, etc.);
∎ In Depth Knowledge of OLT - ONU Network
∎ Must have to do the duty roster basis
∎ Preparing plan for IT development being associated with Management people
∎ Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running
∎ Attending customers complains and queries through phone calls, emails and visit client premises if required
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Performing installations and deployments of various network solutions like router, switch, firewall, radio link, hot spot and other services at client end.
∎ Perform network improvements, upgrades and repairs
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Design and implement LAN and WAN solutions for the company network infrastructure as well as for deserving customers in a multi-vendor environment.
∎ Provide professional guidance, assistance and supervise all kind of network troubleshooting and customer support activities to the fiber team.
∎ Responsible to implement and maintain system documents and operational procedures.
∎ Other task as and when given by the Management.

∎ Age 27 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
