Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Cash Book, Bank Book, Subsidiary Ledger, Debtor's Ledger and Creditor Ledger maintained by other officers of Accounts Department.
∎ To check and verify Debit & Credit vouchers and invoices.
∎ To ensure the compliance of VAT & Income Tax related matters.
∎ To prepare Trial Balance & Financial Statements.
∎ Bank Reconciliation
∎ Daily Payment Monitoring
∎ Vat Rebate Reconciliation
∎ Fixed Assets Register
∎ Bank Advice Check and Party Bill Checking and confirmed with Party Balance Reconciliation
∎ HO & Factory Salary Cheek and Payment Prepare
∎ Assist to Management Accounts Related Work
∎ To perform any accounts related work assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Candidates with work experience in Traveling Agency or Production Processes will be highly considered for the post.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
