∎ Experience with Lean Six Sigma certification, ISO 9001:2015 or similar process improvement expertise.
∎ Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning factory daily routines.
∎ Maintaining high standards of the production line and allocating resources, such as equipment and personnel, to maintain production standards.
∎ Monitoring the factory operations and taking corrective action as and when required.
∎ Assigning tasks to the factory staff. Lead the factory team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
∎ Creating and enforcing quality control standards and inspecting the quality of the finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Drive continuous improvement by analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
∎ Estimate manufacturing costs and identify ways to reduce them.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
∎ Oversee all aspects of factory operations, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, administration, delivery, etc.
∎ Implementing machine maintenance operating procedures and ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
∎ Foster a culture of safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures and to provide training and resources to ensure the production team understands safety protocols.
∎ Collaborate with the head office to develop and implement operational strategies and policies that align with overall business objectives.
∎ Stay aware of industry trends and best practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
∎ Manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring optimal stock availability.
∎ Assisting the HR department in hiring and motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
∎ Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Factory Manager to lead our AAC Block factory, Nextblock Autoclave in its operations. You will be responsible for the complete oversight of factory operations, production, wastage, inventory, and all factory-related information. Leveraging this data, you will strategize operational management and policies in collaboration with the head office, ensuring we achieve our ambitious goals.
