Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Social Science or other related field (Flexible for highly experienced candidate).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of the project activities in communication with beneficiaries, WASH FDMN Volunteers, community stakeholders at field level.
∎ Work closely with project team, and JNUS management for ensuring smooth coordination and WASH Sector and Area Focal Agencies (AFA) to ensure the WASH Activities and Facilities.
∎ Perform filed work for implement the project components and activities in line with project design
∎ Smooth working relation with the local leaders, NGOs, local government bodies and other stakeholders.
∎ Follow the direction of the organization and any other official instruction by the senior management/ line manager.
∎ Responsible for gathering data from field sources and inform update on challenges, lesson learns and risk related to community engagement and resilience.
∎ Prepare field activity report as rewired line manager, M&E, and the organizational management
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age bellow or equal to 35 years; age limit may be relaxed for the competent candidates.
∎ Minimum 02 years in NGO/INGOs/ Development Project/Govt. WASH Project, etc.
∎ Excellent facilitation, communication in English and interpersonal skills.
∎ Having mentality to stay in project areas.
∎ Willingness to work with under pressure and travel.
∎ Local candidates will be given priority.
∎ Sound knowledge on Safeguarding policy and Gender policy.
Salary: Negotiable
